Here at Pod Developments, we are passionate about designing and constructing only the highest quality buildings. We believe that Eco-friendly buildings can better designed and more stylish than traditional builds.

With the rise of micro living, the growing need for environmentally conscious living spaces, and a looming housing crisis, we offer a truly unique alternative which incorporates innovative design, with an ethical and social conscious.

We are regularly achieving A and A+ EPC ratings and use FSC timber and recycled materials whenever possible.

From our base in South Manchester, we cover the whole of the U.K. and beyond. Catering for the leisure, education, residential, and commercial markets, we offer a breath of fresh air into the construction industry.

At Pod Developments we understand that businesses needs to take more responsibility for our planet and society, and have established a company whose main aim is to put back and re-invest in our surroundings. We achieve this by using only the most Eco-friendly materials, donate a portion of our profits to children’s charities, and aid with a number of educational, community, and humanitarian projects.
