1. Initial Designs

After initial consultations we put together initial designs and costings.

4. Planning Permission

If needed a full planning application is submitted to the local council.

7. Building Regulations

Once planning is granted building regulations are appointed and all plans are double checked.

10. Groundworks & Connections

The foundation works and connections to the mains services in undertaken.

2. Amended Designs

Here we collate your feedback and hone our designs to come up with final designs and costings.

5. Interior Designs

Whilst the planning application is being processed, we work with you on the interior design finishes.

8. Off Site Manufacturing

Once planning and building regulations are agreed materials are ordered and where possible off-site manufacturing of parts commences.

3. Site Survey

A full site survey in undertaken to assess the proposal and to look for any issues that will affect the construction.

6. Construction Phase Plans

Also whilst the planning application is being process full construction phase plans are compiled including programmes of works, CDM documentation and structural engineering.

9. Site Set Up

A secure building site is set up, welfare provisions and structural materials are delivered.

4. Planning Permission

If needed a full planning application is submitted to the local council. We liaise with the planners and deal with any issues that may arise.

5. Interior Designs

Whilst the planning application is being processed, we work with you on the interior design materials and finishing aspects.

6. Construction Phase Plans

Full construction phase plans are compiled including programmes of works, CDM documentation, structural engineering and working drawings.

7. Building Regulations

Once planning is granted building regulations are appointed and all plans are double checked.

8. Off Site Manufacturing

Materials are ordered and where possible off-site manufacturing of parts commences.

9. Site Set Up

A secure building site is set up, welfare provisions and structural materials are delivered.

10. Groundworks & Connections

The foundation works and connections to the mains services are undertaken.

11. Structural Construction

The next stage is to get the buildings structure, roofing, and windows and doors installed to give us a watertight shell.

12. First Fix

All electrical and plumbing first fix work is undertaken, the building is prepared ready for exterior cladding and interior wall coverings.

13. Second Fix

All interior and exterior detailing is undertaken ready for the final fix.

14. Final Fix

All finishing details are completed ready to hand the building over.

15. Snagging

Any snagging issues are attended to, and final checks are undertaken.

16. Sign Off

The building is signed off by building regulations and all certification and O&M manuals are completed.

17. Hand Over

The building is handed over for use and any questions are answered.

18. Follow Up

After the building has been used we check for any issues that may arise.
